I stayed at Surestay Hotel By Best Western and had a great experience. The room was small, but clean and had all the basic necessities. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient for my work, being within 10 miles of the facility I was visiting. I also appreciated the fact that they allow pets, even though I couldn't bring mine this time. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

Spacious room and nice bed so I slept well. Everything was very good. The local staff were fabulously friendly and hospitable. The hotel has absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice location just next door to both Allegheny National Forest and Cook Forest. It also was close to hiking.

The location was absolutely perfect, close to both Allegheny National Forest and Cook Forest. There was a sit-down restaurant in Cook Forest, which was convenient. The inn is situated in the middle of Jackson.

The hotel's location was convenient, but that's all that was positive about it. The room was dirty, smelly, and had cobwebs and dead flies. The towels were ripped, and the bedding had cigarette burns. The pillows were brown and dirty. There was no elevator to the second floor, and the ice and snack machines were broken and empty, respectively.
I can’t recommend this hotel, and I would not recommend staying here.
